We gave the customer a referral to get his misalignment issues addressed and for the bill to be sent to us. We have documentation...
showing that we did not put 100 miles on his vehicle, we only put 7 miles on the vehicle and it was to and from the alignment shop. We strive to make every customer happy, but when the customer called and accused us of putting 100 miles on his vehicle and threatened employees by telling us he was going to drive his vehicle into our building we did have to contact the proper authorities. We also had the tow truck driver sign and affidavit stating there was no damage to the customer's vehicle when it was towed here to the dealership to have his mechanical issues checked out. We can furnish documentation of the mileage if requested.
