At this time, I have been contacted directly by Concord Auto Collision, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The owner/manager of Concord Auto Collision, Ruben, contacted me via mobile using a blocked number, but I have a smartphone app to unmask blocked caller ID'sHe did offer to give me back the $back but I refused and said he can keep the money b/c I am a fair/reasonable personFor some reason, Ruben kept calling me over this weekend from a 'blocked caller ID' and I was able to unmask and identify his number and log it in case I need to report him to the authoritiesThe vehicle: Toyota Corolla that he inadequately repaired as per auto body damage has been sold to another partyI no longer need your assistance and thank the Revdex.com for their investigation and involvement in this matterI have moved on and will never deal with this unprofessional business entity again.[Your Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
