to Mr. [redacted] that their Komatsu Fork lift was very old to begin with. I also explained to Mr. [redacted] that there was an excessive oil leak in the hydraulic pistons left and right. I ([redacted]) explained to Mr. [redacted] that 4 seals needed to be replaced. Mr. [redacted] also explained to me that he had gotten other estimate from another company regarding this issue and that other business wanted to charge $800 - $900 to fix. I offered him my business rate of $290 for the 4 seals and labor repair no warranty included. All new parts were used to repair leak. Mr. [redacted] agreed to the repairs and signed the contract invoice. After the repairs, the unit worked properly. After a year had passed Mr. [redacted] contacted me on or about March 2014 regarding an issue with the Komatsu forklift. I tried to schedule an appt. with Mr. [redacted] for me ([redacted])to come out and inspect unit again, but didn't return calls. Mr. [redacted] ran into me at a site and he became very hostile towards me and very unprofessional. I agreed to come out to his business and when I arrived a couple of days later to his business he began o curse and act hostile towards me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
I had a problem after he finished.  He told my manager that if we broke the seal in, it would operate normally.  It did not.  There was no one year time period.  I will accept the $145 back although he should refund the entire amount!!
