The customer has been reimbursed the amount she is complaining about. She was suppose to bring in the original receipt for the replacement pants she was to purchase in exchange for the check to be reimbursed on Wednesday 24 August. Please find the link below  to the back and forth on facebook from her being advised that the check would be available for her to pick up on Wednesday August 24. As of 11 am on Wednesday 24 August she has not come to collect her check for reimbursement. [redacted] has stated to our counter clerk "that she will be coming in every [redacted]in day till she gets her check". She has not come in on the same day as she has filed her complaint. https://[redacted] As far as we are concerned [redacted] has been made more than whole. We have not haggled her on the amount of reimbursement. We didn't haggle her about the age of the pants. As the link above proofs she has to bring her receipt in exchange for the check. If [redacted] has not come in on the day agreed upon to pick up her check but has the time to file a complaint for a situation that been resolved, then the customer cannot be too worried about getting reimbursed as stated in her claim.  The Revdex.com is for complaints that customers have and that companies have not done anything to resolve the issue. We have gone above and beyond to satisfy [redacted] but it seems she there is not anything that will make her satisfied. As far as we are concerned this is not an open case nor a case that needs to be handled with the Revdex.com since the customer has been made whole and reimbursed.

[redacted] has shown up to the business to get her check for reimbursement. However, she did not have her original receipt as it is clearly posted in a back and forth can change conversation. I stated to her that it was clearly stated on Facebook that she needed to have her original receipt...

as the screen shot shows. She starts belittling saying she is tired of the back and forth monkey business and starts to talk condescending towards me. I told her the messages clearly state she needed the original receipt. She states she will not be back.      PFA the check [redacted] has been reimbursed.

We have asked Mr. [redacted] to bring us a copy of the invoice for the 8 work shirts he is missing. Mr. [redacted]'s shirts are custom  embroidered. These shirts have [redacted] embroidered on the on the shirt. If another customer were to get these shirts, we do not believe a fellow customer would...

have kept them. They are larger size shirt and they have the name of a local car dealership embroidered on  it. As Mr. [redacted] claims he was missing shirts he kept bring shirts in. Attached is a copy of the orders he has had since his complaint. Every time the manager would speak with him, she asked for a copy of the order from the dealership that ordered the shirts. Mr. [redacted] claims he is missing 8 work shirts. Considering a typical worker has a 5 day work day, this would mean he is missing 1.5 weeks of shirts. Every customer when they bring their items in, their name is looked up in the system and we create and invoice for them. I have attached a copy of all the invoices we have Mr. [redacted]. The system shows he has picked them up as well as paid for them. Posted in every store is a copy of our Loss/Damage Policy, it has been attached as well. We have tried to resolve this issue with Mr. [redacted], however he cannot tell us exactly what he is missing but he states he is missing 10 shirts.  Mr. [redacted] has not presented any receipt showing which shirts are missing from his orders so we know what we are looking for. On each invoice we input a description of each clothing item as well as the tracking tag that has been heat sealed to it for tracking purposes. Mr. [redacted] has yet to advise which items he is missing. It is our mission to resolve this matter for Mr. [redacted] in a timely manner, we however, have not received the requested information needed. This includes the description of item missing with tracking number and a copy of the invoice from his employer that has ordered the work shirts for him. Mr. [redacted] has also stated 2 shirts from [redacted] is missing, but there is no description of the shirt or size that he is missing. Without any details or description we don't have any information to work with to help us try to locate the shirts.

I am rejecting this response because: I did come in to get the check 10 minutes later like I stated to [redacted] on the phone after he called me a bh on the phone.  I would also like to indicate that every comment that I posted on Facebook negative [redacted] he deleted the comments so other customers couldn't see the comments.  Looking over other comments on Facebook of people who had complaints all he does is argue and not take responsibility for complaints

Customers drapes were cleaned as per the garment care label. The drapes were old and did not hold up during the dry cleaning process which is what the Care Label states the cleaning process is to be done. If the Care Label is followed and there is an issue with the garment during the cleaning...

process that means there is a defect in the manufacturing of the items. The customer was offered a credit card refund, we are still awaiting the customer bring his credit card back to the store so that the refund may be given for the cleaning. However, since the care label was followed it is not the responsibility of Concord Cleaners that they did not hold up through the cleaning process. It is a defect of the manufacturing. Had Concord Cleaners not followed the Care Label instructions then we would be more than happy to compensate the customer for a replacement of the drapes. Regarding the customer calling Mr. [redacted], he does not have any voicemails from customer. Mr. [redacted] has always told employees that should a customer request to contact him to email as a frequent international travel schedule means that the US number does not always work abroad and that email is always the easiest and fastest way to contact Mr. [redacted], as a Contact Form is on the company's website that gets sent to Mr. [redacted].  In conclusion Concord Cleaners is more than happy to refund the customer the cost of his cleaning fee, we are sorry for the inconvenience that the matter has caused. However, we aren't the manufacturer of the drapes and if the drapes do not hold up in the cleaning process that is instructed on the garment care label that is out of our control. We do not and will not go against what a care label states to do as that would be our responsibility if the garment did not hold up during the cleaning process.
