Concrete done in spring of 2014 and we called as our drive way has cracks, sunken bowls, ridges and waves along the entire side. June 6, 2014 he poured a new driveway for us. My husband [redacted] called him the week of September 29-Oct 3rd to let him know our drive way was cracking and had problems with uneven surface. He got in an argument with my husband and said his invoice said he doesn't cover cracks. The invoice says due to the effects of winter climate which we have not had winter yet. I called [redacted] on Oct 14th to try to explain further what the drive way looked like and sent him a picture by text. He called back and said it was normal. I asked him to come by and look at it as its not normal at all, it looks terrible and we are not happy. He has never replied to me since. Desired SettlementWe would like a refund or to have the driveway redone, as long as any damage he does to the lawn etc is fixed by him after the repairs as we had to replace our entire front lawn when he was done with the bobcat and it was our expense which was approx. $750.
