I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I don't appreciate being accused of lying or of not wanting to pay for treatment received What I wanted, when I initially went to the doctor's office was for them to listen and be understanding When a doctor says " You will only be responsible for your copay" that gives the impression there is not going to be any additional money owed for the service That's what DrS*** said to me She should have said something along the lines of " I don't know what this is going to cost you" That's why I was upset, and I felt I was provided wrong information As seen by the response to my complaint, the office has absolutely no desire at all to accept that there may have been an error on their part, or to be sympathetic towards their patients I hope the $they made off of me was worth it, and that at least person will read this review and think twice before going to visit DrDina S***.

At Aglow Dermatology we do not violate the law in order to appease patients who do not want to honor their financial obligations as outlined in their health insurance contracts. Although we understand that health insurance contracts are sometimes confusing, ultimately it is a patient's
responsibility to understand the contract she agreed to with the insurance she wants to use to pay for services rendered. At times, patients who don't want to fulfill the the financial responsibility of paying deductibles, coinsurance, and copays attempt to intimidate doctors into not billing them for these payments, which is a crime called insurance fraud, by threatening them with social media postings, negative reviews and Revdex.com complaints. We don't take the bait
