Don't trust what the dealer promises you when they want to sell you!
I leased a Kia from Concord Kia/Mitsubishi on December At that time my family and I were thinking about getting another car a couple months laterWhen we mentioned that to the sales person, he told us that they will waive the disposition fee for the first car which is $if we get another car from Kia Company soonThat seem like a good deal to us and we came back a couple months later to get a specific Kia that we wantedThe salesperson said that they don't have that model and we can check other dealershipsAs we really needed the car, we went to *** and they had that model and they gave us a good deal and we leased the second carAfter three years that is time to return our first car , the sales people and the managers changed in Concord office and don't have any records about the sales person who promised us to waive the disposition fee*** , one of the sales managers told us that he will take a look at our records and help us to find a solution as everyone is new hired and he doesnt know who was here three years agoHe never called us and whenever we left him a message, he never called us backAfter two months of waiting , we asked another person at that office to help us This time after two weeks of explaining the situation all over again and follow-ups , she says that they cannot waive the fee because we bought the second one from Dublin not Concord location! First of all, Concord Kia didnt have that model and the salesperson didnt tell us that they can find it for us soonsecondly, Kia is a company which has different dealerships at different cities which are related They have the same policies and they benefit each otherThis is like opening a bank account at one branch and not being able to do transactions in another branch!!!!! Now the concord dealership is telling us that we should get the waiver from *** which sold us the second carThis has been so frustrating and so overwhelming for the whole family
We are so disappointed with this companyThey broke their promise and we are stuck with $disposition fee for two cars that we were promised the first one would be waivedNever trust them
