I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a notice from the collection agency Concord sent my balance to.Futhermore, the other correspondence and bills from the hospital bill were sent to the correct mailing address and have been paid
fully.Concord should take full ownership of their clerical mishap and work directly with collection agency to craft the proper correspondence and ensure my credit score is not negatively impacted by their wreckless billing practices Until proper documentation is provided by collection agency, balance will remain unpaid by consumer
