Gleason Appliance Repair is the shadiest company I have ever worked with! You can never get ahold of anyone in the office and when you leave a message they don't return the call They ordered parts for our dishwasher weeks ago and never called us to say the parts had arrived or to schedule an apptWe had to follwith them When *** came out to "fix" it, he brought the wrong parts and it works worse now than it did before This company is so unprofessional I am reporting them to the Revdex.com They are crooks who were referred to us by American Home Shield They are also dishonest *** (repairman) said he ordered us a top rack when he didn't, which we verified through AHS It's a wonder they are in business at all When I finally was able to talk to the woman who answers the phone at the office, I asked for contact infofor *** Gleason and she refused to give it to me She said she would 'pass along' my message Then when I called American Home Shield they said we had to have them do the work because they are contracted They won't send out anyone else I told them Gleason Appliance representatives are not welcome on my property, so this unfortunately is a long way from over Sounds like I'll be sending a lot of complaint letters to AMS and anyone else who will listen I would send one to Gleason, but that's right, she wouldn't give me contact info It's interesting that the receipt does not show a business address So basically, they stole my $service fee and my dishwasher is still broken and no closer to being fixed It's obvious that no one who works there cares about anything I have read some very negative online reviews about this business I only wish I had known sooner so I (AWould have gone with a different warranty company and (BWouldn't have to go through this mess! I am going to report them to whoever will listen This business needs to be shutdown!
