Took my black lab to this establishment & they burned the hair follicles on her to the extent the hair will not grow back I have a year old black lab that I have shaved down every summer since she is so hot naturedI decided to try and do business with a local company this year and have I regretted itFirst I was misquoted on the priceI was told $for a professional groomer to cut her hair, only to find out once I got there it was 86!!! They decided to do additional services without my authorization as wellBut main issue that I have with this place is that now,4+ months later there are multiple spots on my dog where the hair has still not grown backI'm so embarrassed as my poor dog looks like she has the mange! I have been told by different professional groomers that this happens often when the groomer lets the sheers get too hot and burns the animals hair folliclesI contacted the business via email/Facebook to only have the owner deflect responsibility back to me due to my dogs ageShe attempted to place blame on anything other than taking responsibility for the unauthorized services, price misquote & the damage done to my dogs hair folliclesPrior to the removal of less than favorable reviews on the businesses Facebook page, there was another customer who expressed the same complaints/issues with this business as well

Stopped into the Milford De Concord Pet Store to purchase two bags of Elm Dog FoodSign clearly stated $per lb bagIt rang up at $per bagShowed the clerk the sign and she promptly crumpled the sign and still charged me $even though it was marked $Said her manager would not allow her to sell it for $Only time I have had a negative experience there in all the years I have dealt with them

1 had corresponded via email with [redacted] regarding this problem.  Although he had some of
the facts...

wrong in that correspondence (he insisted that the coupon would bring his cost down by
$15 as opposed to th e correct discounted amount of $9; and in the information he relayed to you the brand of dog food that our sales staff thought it was limited to was Natural Balance not Beneful as he stated,) he is correct in that he should have been able to use the coupon on any brand.
As Iexplained to [redacted], the coupon had a photo of a particular brand , Natura l Balance, and some of our sales peopl e thought that it was limited to that brand -that was our mistake. Idid suggest that he buy another bag with the coupon as that would give him the discount he was seeking. Dog food has a fairly long expiration date, so 1 didn't think there would be a problem in him having an extra bag on hand.
W11ile Isee that [redacted] is requesting cash or a check refund, Iam instead sending him a gift card in the amount of $20 -more than double what he feels he is owed.

Review: They advertised 15% off ANY one food item, but when I purchased a 40 lb. bag of Verus dog food, they claimed the discount was only for Beneful dog food and would not honor it. I registered a complaint on their web site and they responded saying that it was a mistake, it was for ALL foods and it should have been honored, but they wouldn't do anything about it. They suggested I buy ANOTHER bag to get my discount! I feel that I was unfairly defrauded of my discount and they owe me nine dollars. Price I paid was $59.99 and I do have my receipt and a copy of discount coupon. Discount is also on their Facebook page.Desired Settlement: The 15% off the price I paid, $59.99, comes to $9.00. I'd like a cash or check refund, NOT a store credit.
