Mrs. [redacted] assessment of our service is a bit inaccurate and clearly reflects her frustration of our delay in construction start time. She is accurate with our delays in getting started. This has been across the board and she has not been singled out in any way. It is common practice for us...

not to pour concrete for a minimum of 10 days after install in order to allow the backfill material to settle trying to prevent future issues with the concrete. I'm not sure who would have told her 3 days as it defies our construction practice. With regards tocleaning of the pool, again its customary to clean after the concrete decking is complete as that phase typically results in some debris getting into the pool. Mrs. [redacted] deck was installed the Friday before the holiday and is scheduled for cleaning tomorrow. I truly believe this is a reasonable turnaround time given the holiday weekend. We will continue to try and leave Mrs. [redacted] a satisfied customer as it is always our priority. I hope to speak with her in the next 24 hrs to assure her of our intentions. Thank You.Rich FenwickVice PresidentConcord Pools

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Business replies are included inline below with my replies:Once again, the entire six page response from this customer is completely meritless and self-serving. It iscompiled of inaccuracies and convenient, self-serving and fabricated statements.Actually, none of it is inaccurate and I have hundreds of (time-stamped) videos and photos...and witnesses (including [redacted]). There is nothing self-serving nor meritless about my frustration and disgust with your company. These are the facts as we stand today.• This client is in breach of contract. As stated in my email: I have no problem paying you for a job that is satisfactorily completed. I paid for a pool. Your contract states that it would be done by "spring 2017". It also says, "Concord warrants that all materials used in completing the pool installation contracted herein, will be of high quality and that all work performed on the pool site will be done in a competent and workmanlike manner". That didn't happen, either.• This client has not paid a dime more than her contract, which she reviewed and signed, calls for.• This client has open invoices from April that have been mailed to her home several times. They are dueand owing.I have received one copy and have been asking for DETAILED invoices since the summer (which were never received). • This client refused, after multiple attempts, to take delivery of a certified letter, sent by us, to rectifythese minor issues along with her overdue invoices. Q.QQy enclosed. There was a single attempt of a certified letter on Sunday, December 10th.• Upon information and belief, this client's landscape contractor, who worked alongside us, had the samedifficulty trying to collect payment and nearly had to place a mechanics lien on the home. He is ready, willing and able to document this if necessary.I have cc'd the landscaping company so that he is aware of this fabrication by Concord. They (landscaping company) have received payment IN FULL. The landscaping company was significantly delayed on this project until AUGUST, 2017 due to Concord's negligence. Additionally, the landscaping company was re-contracted for an additional project in September/October 2017 and has been paid in full for a job well done. The landscaping company can also document what he witnessed throughout the summer of 2017 - and what Concord's lack of attention to this project caused (as stated in my previous complaint). Additionally, the fence company was delayed and was finally able to get the fencing completed in late October, 2017.• Fact: We do not succumb to social media extortion.Sadly, going on social media was the only way I could get anyone to pay attention to my project. It's not extortion...it was a cry for help. My reviews could have been MUCH worse; I actually held back a LOT of information (and took down the photos - in good faith -after Rich called me the day after I put them up).• [redacted]

[redacted]The link to the case that I quickly found on google has to do with a pool that was having issues. I believe I enclosed the wrong link.In summary, when this client takes the time to respond to my letter, makes her choice requested therein, andpays her overdue invoices, we remain ready willing and able to install her cover and address the issues. It's allfairly simple. In summary, I would like some kind of recognition from Concord of the myriad of issues that occurred from the start of this project - not a revisionist history from the president that showed up at my house in late November bloviating about how wonderful his company is. I will be more than happy to pay the balance of the project when it is completed. Until the president of Concord came to my house, there was no mention that any financial balances were holding up any delivery of goods or work. In fact, he did not mention it during our face to face meeting nor during a subsequent phone conversation. None of the Concord employees - including the VP - have brought up any outstanding invoices as an issue.I find it odd that this client can take hours to write a six page response to you but would not take delivery of ourcettified mail. She knew exactly what was enclosed, as I sent and she received the same via email. This ·client iswell aware of what her contract, which she signed and acknowledged, says. We will stand firmly behind theterms, conditions and rights of our contract which I suggest she reviews once again. With all due respect, please remember, we are the ones who have been trying to put a close to this issue, whichis well documented.I had exactly 30 minutes to spare the day that I responded to the last complaint. It was easy to cut and paste my notes that have been compiled from the last 6 months in my complaint. That part only took a few seconds...but the 8 months from when this project started is lost. Please remember that I have been trying to get a pool project completed since April, 2017 (and my first payment was received in December of 2016). I have all of the documentation (emails, photos, videos and witnesses) to support this.
