Ordered 2 gallon coatings September 2015 from National Coating Representative KJR with quote of $ 187.00 including shipping. National Coating shipped to incorrect address of [redacted] instead of [redacted] ***. I finally got my product after a length of time had passed. Once I got invoice and credit card statement the charge showed $ 200.00 for product and $ 20.00 for shipping. I started calling on 9/30/15 about this matter with no return calls. Called 1015 and 1015 with no no return of calls. I spoke to John M [redacted] on 1116, 116, 316 and 316 still no return calls. On March **, 2016 I sent John M [redacted] a letter asking for the $ 33.00 and of yet no credit or return call.
I bought from Natl Coatings a year ago and did my garage floor I sold the house and the garage floor did the trick I am now in a new house and went to them again and received excellent service I am doing my new garage floor same as the last since I was very pleased with the look and quality Everyone there has been very helpful JK
I purchased gallons and got free of "The Surface Master" back in March I did a little research before I purchased the product and found several bad reviews and the salesman, Joe B***, PROMISED me the reason for those complaints was the homeowner didn't do the proper preparation of the concrete So I paid $522(total with shipping) for gallons Joe sent me their "Concrete Preparation Instructions" and I followed them to a "T": I pressure washed my garage, acid-etched with muriatic acid, I then used the TSP solution to neutralize the acid, then hosed out the entire garage again I did EXACTLY what the directions say to do I let everything dry completely for DAYS and then after installation of the product I even waited days to pull a car in the garage because I was told warm tires on a new floor could cause the floor to peel before it is cured So I had everything in my 3-car garage covered with tarps on my driveway for almost weeks It didn't last anywhere close

years ago I was searching for a tough durable floor coating for my aviary floor I found National Coatings online The staff was very helpful regarding instructing me on how to apply the product They offered to enhance my deal with made financial sense and everything turned out perfect
The product was shipped immediately and came sooner than I thought it would
I just now contacted them again for instructions on how to re-apply more covering I am using it in an aviary and the first time I put it down I put an acrylic over the top of it Because the parrots like to toss stainless steel bowls and everything else on the floor it has chipped Again I think it is because I used the epoxy over the top
I plan to just apply the coating this time and I'm sure because the product has natural give to it I will get better results without the acrylic
I can't recommend this company enough! They have a quality product at a very reasonable price and are always willing to answer questions

We purchased the grey for our garage floor and clear for our deck a couple of years ago We had used a product on the floor of the garage previously that looked really good until we had a rain months later and the finish came up as soon as we drove on it with wet tires (after over months of letting it cure) It was also very slick when it was wet We cleaned the surface of the floor before we applied the coating from National Coating like they recommended and it has held up very well AND it is not slick at all when the floor is wet Also, we had to seal our deck every year before using the National Coating product It has been more than years now and it still looks good The reason we are buying more now is that we built a new house and have outdoor stairs to the area above our garage and workshop that needs to be sealed Since their products have worked better than any other products we have used previously, we reordered
