I contacted our customer based on your notice and spoke with him directly on September 1, By visual inspection, Mr [redacted] believed that the toner we sent was going to be physically too long to allow installationI confirmed that he had ordered the correct toner for his LaserJet Pro machine and that he received the correct tonerAfter walking him through removal of the protective cartridge sleeve, he was able to install the cartridge and test printHe was satisfied with the print quality and determined that the cartridge was suitableHe explained that he tried to reach a customer service representative as well as email a return authorization form when he believed that he received the wrong cartridges for his machine I did not review the phone bank for left messages (he said he left four or so) but could not find email correspondence in our email bankI explained that we try to resolve email correspondence first and apologized for being unavailable to take his callsSince the cartridge worked to his satisfaction, we both agreed that the issue was resolved and there was no need for further action

By visual inspection, Mr. [redacted] believed that the toner we sent was going to be physically too long to allow installation. I confirmed that he had ordered the correct toner for his LaserJet Pro machine...

and that he received the correct toner. After walking him through removal of the protective cartridge sleeve, he was able to install the cartridge and test print. He was satisfied with the print quality and determined that the cartridge was suitable. He explained that he tried to reach a customer service representative as well as email a return authorization form when he believed that he received the wrong cartridges for his machine.  I did not review the phone bank for left messages (he said he left four or so) but could not find email correspondence in our email bank. I explained that we try to resolve email correspondence first and apologized for being unavailable to take his calls. Since the cartridge worked to his satisfaction, we both agreed that the issue was resolved and there was no need for further action.
