This company knows that there are multiple abuses and abuses by many old employees and also by the supervisors who manage the departments, abuses and abuses, towards new employees, subjecting them to constant humiliation, constant bullying, they give the heaviest jobs to the new employees, favoring the old employees, put the new employees through humiliating, abusive and degrading processes, there is no teamwork, there is constant impoliteness, bad faces, there is a lot of resentment and bitterness in this company, they use denigrating bad words , vulgar, aggressive, envious, they speak very badly about other employees, with constant teasing, Many of the oldest employees are full of terrible habits, arrogant, haughty, proud, humiliating, very lazy, it seems that they hate their jobs, because they do not work with love, and they only waste time going from department to department, generating gossip , discord, superficial and demeaning conversations.

It is shocking to see so many bad workers favored, by a company that does not care about the multiple complaints of bad practices, in this company they do not manage respect or ethics, there are constant complaints from new employees who end up leaving this company , or they make them so desperate and then they take them out of the company, because they demand respect, as was my case.

The bad environment is unbearable, the bullying, the constant harassment, the stress of the work environment is very overwhelming, the complaints are useless because they continue to favor abusive people.

They do not turn on the air conditioning, the heat is extreme, ventilation is minimal with small fans, supervisors do not deliver protection and safety materials to new employees.

New employees are offered sewing jobs where they work with fiberglass, a highly toxic material, I did not accept that department, they all say that they are subjected to being very abused by a married couple who have always run that department, they all say that it is the litmus test, that going through there is hell, how horrible that these practices of such abusive people exist, how sad that they do that with people and that the company endorses it, it is a shame.

I know that many of the envious women complained, because I was not subjected to that torture in the sewing department, they complained, they were dissatisfied, because they did not humiliate me or submit me from the start, that is why they made my working life impossible. there are people so poor and weak, that they feel great and powerful, when they humiliate, subdue, insulting the other, their capacity is very poor, they only find validity by destroying the other. These beings are very sad.

When you don't stay silent, when you don't let yourself be manipulated and you put limits on people, who have made abuse and disrespect a habit and a constant custom, the manipulators they turn situations around, to make you look like a problem, I expose what I experienced in that company in a month, I exposed the abuse twice with the person who hired me and once with another manipulative manager and nothing happened, on the contrary, they told me that they would let me go and of course I told them yes, it's perfect.

I do not belong to such a toxic and unpleasant place and environment, without any respect, without values ​​or principles, I felt great relief and joy to be able to leave

The real payment is very abusive $14. I took that job, since I came from a job where I was exhausted from thinking, solving many situations. This work was close to me, it is manual, mechanical, heavy, but with an environment that makes it impossible.
