I am rejecting this response because: They have added insult to injury with their responseIt is not my fault that they have no record of my returning, I spoke with the salesperson who spoke with the individual in the front officeI suspect that the lack of remembering is due to not wanting to remember.Also; of course, I had to get the vehicle fixed, the alarms were safety relatedThey were for airbag and seat-belt alarms, I was concerned for my and my families safetyIt is not my fault that the shop they referred me to was incompetent or trying to simply take my money.Please let me know the next steps in this complaint processIt is not acceptable for a business to mislead consumers, especially in cases of safety

The vehicle was legally repossessed for failure to make a payment as agreed per the contract

Deal was a buy back due to failure to make the first payment, after several failed attempts of the bank to get payment they made us buy back the dealAt the moment we buy back the deal Concourse Motors becomes the Lien Holder, first payment for the vehicle was never collected so we had to put the unit out for repoCustomer has days after the repo to pay the full balance on the vehicle, that never happened so after that time frame we sold the vehicleFailure to make payments will result in a repo no matter who the lienholder is

I talked to the bank and the car was not repoed the bank said that the car was on a buyback because the dealership done the paperwork...

wrong when they submitted it thats why the dealership had to buy the car back in 24 hrs. There was no way it was a repo because I didn't even have the car for 3 months.   Also  the dealership has no right to the car unless they are also the lender. Which y'all weren't the lenders, y'all had to do a buyback which means that y'all should of gave me my 9,000 dollars back. Another thing if it was a repo how come there is NO repos on my credit.

We have no record of [redacted] coming back to the Dealership after the actual sale or of any problems with the vehicle. I was trying to find out if by any change he contacted the salesperson instead of management but the salesperson does not recall any contact after the sale. The vehicles are in fact...

AS-IS but normally we are pretty fair on helping customers if the vehicle brakes down. If [redacted] would have come and talk to management we would have made an arrangement to look at the vehicle. If [redacted] fixed the vehicle on his own there is nothing we can do anymore.

I am rejecting this response because:the vehicle was a buy back between you'll at concourse and the bank. you'll had 24-48 hrs to buy back from the bank. after the buy back you'll did receive the car and resold it on your lot. so how was that a repossession if you'll were still in possession of the vehicle. if it was in fact a repo the vehicle would have been turned over to the bank.youll are committing fraud of my $9000 dollars by keeping all of it and the vehicle. I would like to also get copy's of the document that you state are repo papers so that I can turn them over to my attorney. lastly when you'll took the vehicle from by stating the lender no longer wanted to finance me you coerced me into bringing the vehicle back even though you'll knew it was a buy back. again if you can send me the papers of repo to my email I will gladly show my attorney.

Paperwork was perfectly fine with the bank, we do have all the correct documentation in house. Customer never made his first payment to the bank, even when the bank was constantly trying get in contact with him to arrange payments. After several failed attempts of getting a payment the deal went into repo status.
