Review: Concrete America failed to complete their work which they were paid for. My husband and I had an agreement with [redacted] (the owner) to have concrete poured in our backyard. He took the entire money and finished only half of the concrete work. We have contacted him several times and he keeps telling us that he will come next week to finish his work. He also told me that it was too expensive for him to rent the truck and pour concrete for the little work that was left to do. He said other neighbors were getting their backyard done by him and he would come and finish the work. We have been hearing this since August 2014. Now he is not picking up his calls and not getting back to me which leaves me no choice but to contact Revdex.com. His license number [redacted]. I am very frustrated as I have tried everything to get in touch with him. He should not be allowed to continue his business and scam people.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the unfinished work or for the company to finish their job
