I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But I want to note that they ignored all messages from us for two months, and did not respond until I had filed a complaint with both a local TV station(KOVR Consumer Investigation) and the Revdex.com.  This could all have been avoided if they had responded to our calls.  The work they did was well done.  But I would hesitate to recommend them to someone, without telling them of our experience.

Review: On April 17, 2015 Steve S[redacted] poured a concrete driveway and sidewalk in our front yard. It looked great and he was paid in full. On May 4(17 days later)a crack appeared in the sidewalk.I called and Steve came out and saw the crack. He agreed to replace the cracked portion of the sidewalk, and said he would call in the next two weeks to schedule the repair. I have not heard from Steve since then. My wife and I have called (no one answers) and left messages - both on the office phone and his cell phone. We called twice in June and just recently on July 13, 2015.Desired Settlement: We would like Steve to do the repair on the sidewalk.
