this company never came back to finish up the job after they have been payed in full.I have payed this company in full with cash. the owner [redacted] promise me that he will come back to start on the walk way around my house and also finish up the shed that he started building in my back yard, but never came back or return my phone calls after he has been paid in full. here is the invoice. Mr [redacted] was contracted to do a concrete stamped patio at my residence. He has received full payment and will not return my calls/texts Mr [redacted] was contracted to do a concrete stamped patio at my residence. He did such a poor job that he agreed to tear it up and redo. At the completion of the poor job, he was paid in full. Because the concrete has the releasing agent still on, I could not see the quality of work below. He came over and he agreed that it was a poor job, he blamed it on "bad batch of concrete". He proceeded to excavate the bad patio. I am not left with a huge pile of excavated concrete in my backyard and he will not return my calls or texts.Desired SettlementI want a full refund and for him to promptly come and get all the broken up concrete out of my yardBusiness Response The concrete has been removed from his property and then poured back as requested !
