I couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Concrete Designs of Florida. From my first interaction with them they were extremely professional, customer focused, and easy to do business with. They were able to turn a nasty red concrete slap we were emparrished of into an amazing centerpiece of our entertainment area. We would highly recommend concrete designs of Florida.

Would NEVER recommend using the Central FL branch. Very expensive & terrible customer service. Decisions that should have been made up front weren't. The owner is NOT an artist & DOES NOT have an eye for color! But what he does have is a serious attitude if you question him! I specifically said I don't want gray - so I got a gray pool deck that he tried to tell me wasn't gray! He should have done a small sample area to make sure it was what I wanted & then move forward, didn't happen! He did agree to change colors but it was a fight! He does what he wants, not what YOU want! I told him I wanted brown, gold, cream, white - he didn't have the brown or gold, so he ignored this. He will only use the colors he has on hand. If he doesn't have the color you want, you're not getting it!! What about the 1200 colors they advertise? Terrible attitude, very few colors to choose from(5 or 6), no sample area to make sure of colors or grout lines, terrible attitude! Terrible service!
