I bought of the full size "My Critter Catcher" and neither of them worked wellThey do not hold on to spiders well and out of times the spider will escape I believe this is due to a design flaw I contacted the company several times and have not gotten a response

I bought a 2-pack of their "My critter catcher" The product did not work well I emailed them several times asking for a refund and got no response After filing my first Revdex.com complaint they responded on 10/15/with a return address I should send the products to I shipped the products back and provided them with the tracking number They received the products on 11/12/and signed to confirm the delivery I included a copy of the original invoice/proof of purchase along with a copy of the e-mail authorizing the return I have since sent them e-mails asking when I can expect a refundThey have not yet responded It has been almost weeks since they received the products
