First, I want to say that issue has been resolved, but I want to point out a serious misstatement by Mr. [redacted].He did not buy the coins from CMI Gold & Silver In.  He bought them from Onlygold.com, a company some of whose assets we purchased years ago.  We did not receive records of...

transactions prior to our purchase.  We made a diligent effort to find any record of his purchase while he was adamant that he had bought from CMI.When I became personally involved and spoke with Mr. [redacted], we determined that his purchase had been with Onlygold.com.  Upon learning that, CMI staff contacted the former owners of Onlygold.com and the invoice for the purchase was located and a copy was emailed to Mr. [redacted].I think that Mr. [redacted]t is now satisfied.
