I hired and contracted MrH*** to remove remove, expand, and repour stamped and colored concrete surround a preexisting pool and jacuzzi in my backyardI asked MrH*** to confirm with me the dates and times that he would be working on my property since I had two dogs that would have to be taken into the house for safety reasonsHe had confirmed dates and times but then failed to show on some days additionally, I was unable to contact him in order to confirm future datesThis caused issues when his employees started showing up on days that MrH*** had not committed to and my dogs were on the propertyOn the day of pour MrH*** had sent me a voicemail asking for additional monies because he under-estimated the amount of concreteHis fault but he wanted to be compensatedMy biggest concern with MrH*** is that he did not pour the correct color of concrete promised and that he had not poured the concrete according to the drawing plansHe informed me that I could hire an individual to draw up plans but that would cost me some moniesHe assured me that he would pour according to plans drawn up by myself and that I would save moneyIn hindsight, I should have paid the extra money and had MrH*** initial these plansI confronted MrH*** with these issues the day of pour when I returned home from work and saw the pourHis response was, "What plans?" When I further questioned him he responded with, "There is nothing I can do now is there?"In my own opinion, MrG*** was very unorganized, lacked attention to detail, and came across as arrogant once there became issues on the job

This is not a case of a contractor saying I don't agree with you I'm not gonna give you anything that you want! This is quite the opposite I clearly from the beginning apologized and took responsibility Me telling the customer I can do it in a week would not be factual nor plausible. So therefore the fact is the customer wants it all her way or nothing
