Concrete Illuzions

I know it says I don't have to reply to what concrete illuzions stated but what they said was not true...I didn't want color changed ...it turned out uneven in color...I wanted it repaired solid and even...I have all text messages to them..they stated after sanding and attempting to repair job..they would be back because it again was uneven...If caulking was done..it would have been wasted money..they never returned in days...I have no text..nor did my husband..The job was a mess from the beginning

In response to [redacted] statement. I replaced the driveway 2 times , first do to her not liking the color. Which was approved by her then later she changed her mind. I came back and told her that  in order to do that. I would have to regrind the surface and she instructed me to do so. Second...

application was put on. Her husband did not like the caulking color and asked if he could purchase a different color. We came back 2 days later and caulking was not purchased. Her husband stated that he would take care of the caulking. Being that the caulking was not applied in the joints , over winter water froze and caused the materials to pop out and away from the joints. I feel that the joint issue is a direct result of the lack of caulking, which they stated they would do.  I contacted Elite CRETE about the so called color issue and they are baffled by the end result. They can not figure out how or why it did it. I told the clients not to use regular rock salt on the driveway and I'm not sure what they used.I have used this product many times before and this has never happened. And she only said about the color after I told her husband about the caulking.  I have made several attempts to figure this out with Elitecrete. And I have been in contact with [redacted] also. I'm not sure of how to continue with this matter.  Thank you Dale M[redacted]
