Concrete Man

This is the response to *** complaint.When I originally looked at the job I gave him a price for $2,100 skim his deteriorating front concrete steps. ***'s front steps were precast meaning they were built in a precast manufacturing concrete plant and shipped to his house and set in place with a mini crane. I had advised *** the best solution was just to remove his Precast stairs and have a new Precast staircase put in place. This was the most practical solution. But this was not in ***'s budget, no.r. was my price of $2,100 to skim coat the stairs and therisers with *** which achieves at 10,000 PSI a very good product. *** had Precast stairs that were deteriorating on the front of his house I suggested the best solution was to remove those Precast stair and havneprwprecastst stairs set in place with a crane that was the best permanent solution that was not in ***'s budget so I gave him a price for $2,100 to skim coat the stairs and he couldn't afford that either so out of the kindness of my heart I dropped my price $700 to $1,400.00 and did thinstallation.coating deteriorating concrete is not a permanent solution.
