I have rejected business response from Concrete Medic LLC. Attached please find my response, copy of text messages and weather report showing below temps

I am rejecting this response because:
Contractor did not perform anything specified in the contact and called the project off when we met on the day when the project is supposed to start.  We did not add anything to the signed contract.  Please see attached signed contract and a screen shot of my text conversation with the contractor to proof the mutual agreement of the contract.  The contract is void due to cancellation of contractor and a full refund of our deposit is due back to us.  This contractor is totally unprofessional and should not be in business at all to cause financial damage to other clients.  Please let me know if any add'l info is needed to clarify our case.  Thank you!

consumer is lying. we showed up and started work but were fired because we would not do work he added in which was not part of the scope of the project. we are a concrete company not a gutter company. to make matters worse we attempted to work with the consumer to take money off for the work we could not do because we are not a roofing/gutter company. he refused. consumer needs to file a lawsuit and we will take the contract and pics and email corrospondence to the judge so he or she can read the terms of the contract to this contract breaker. the fact that he will not work with us after he altered our contract shows what kind of consumer he is. preying on contractors and wasting our time to get a couple more bucks out of us through fraud. this consumer went through several contractors before we fell victim to his scheme. the original timeline was months prior but he kept going back and forth with several other contractors trying to beat them down on price and terms. there needs to be a BETTER CONSUMER BUREAU for contractors to complain to so we can get these people on a list to protect contractors.[redacted]owner

homeowner added in content to a contract that we did not agree to and then fired us when we showed up to start the project. the homeowner signed a contract that the terms explain if we are fired they forfeit their deposit. we have turned this matter over to our attorney for litigation. at this point...

we have incurred expenses and bought material which will not allow for any refund. homeowner can continue with the project only at this point in time.

[redacted] did not cancel the appointment to clean and seal her concrete. her husband wanted to wait for a better day and he made that call. when she found out that the next date her husband picked was to close to thanksgiving for their schedule they canceled in writing and asked for a refund. the...

signed contract explains about cancellation and the penalties that occur from choosing that course of action. to date we have been threatened to be sued by [redacted], we are waiting for our day in court so the judge can read the terms of the contract to her. her written letter is the cancellation. there is no further proof needed who canceled. the fact that she has a forum to complain to is why we do not belong to the Revdex.com. they are all for the consumer weather they are right or in this case WRONG.[redacted]owner
