Concreter [redacted]spulled his permit on 6/11/2012, we started the job that morning we set up the job according to the cityof...

Richmonds city codes, We passed all inspections. The concrete came from [redacted] ConcreteCompany On June 12,1012. This is a beautiful Job. In 2014 early spring after last years harsh winter Mr[redacted] Started Calling when Our company was still closed I, [redacted] Had talked to [redacted] afew times telling him we would be out to look at his Apron he said he had a little pitting, I explainedto him that it sounded like it was from all the salt from the snow plow trucks and that when we cameback from from our out of town trip we would come look at it he said no problem. He did call acouple more times and he talked to my Husband, president [redacted]: my husband explained dueto the harsh winter what he was explaining that it sounded like it was salt that had damage his apron,and that he should have his concrete sealed again. My husband did drive out at the end of the yearwhen he was out estimating no one was home but it was salt damage We just received our First Callfrom [redacted] last week and then we received this letter from the Revdex.com. We are a little surprised toreceive this Complaint the driveway apron was 2 years old when we had our ?rst call from [redacted].Under Terms and Conditions Paragraph 5) It says; Contractor is not Liable in any way, shape or formfor the cement that is installed. Customer agrees that the cement used is from a manufacture thatContractor has no affiliation with. Contractor does not warranty the cement, as Contractor does notproduce such cement . Customer agrees that if there are any issues with the cement, that customermust address such issues with the Manufacturer. If customer engages in a matter against Contractorregarding the quality and/or performance of the concrete, then customer shall reimburse contractorfor all expenses incurred by contractor in defending the matter. I will forward all copies of thiscontract, Permits and Concrete Supplier copies of our purchase from them. [redacted], I am responding to the E-mail you sent to me on 4/16/2015, in mycomplaint against Concrete Pete Construction Inc.I am writing you because, I am sending you pictures of what my concretelooked last year and this year. The pictures with the A on them were takenOctober 2014; the ones with the B on them were taken April 2015.This matter can be taken care of if [redacted] would come out here andtake a look at this concrete.I have talked with [redacted] of [redacted] Concrete. He is willing tocome out and take a look at my driveway, but [redacted] has to contact him sincehe is the customer and I had no contract with him.I don 't think it is to much to ask for a new driveway to last more than 3years.Yours truly,[redacted]
