Concrete Services NWA

I called for a pickup/redelivery. No one spoke enough english to get this accomplished. I tried 4 times to state the address for pickup and she is still calling the town Springfield instead of Springdale. Asked my phone number 3 times. it was ridiculous and unprofessional. If UPS is using this company, I will go to Fed Ex. I wouldnt even give them a one star rating but this wont send without a rating.
