The technician (known to me only as [redacted] worked patiently and professionally to repair the power source in my almost year old TVThis company has more integrity than I've experienced in some timeAfter troubleshooting, which required removing hundreds of screws off the back of the tv, he assured me that if the part he replaced didn't solve the problem, he could either continue with additional repair or stop, after which I would only need to pay for the service callFortunately for both of us, it workedMy TV is back on, and I don't need a new oneI highly recommend Integrated Electronics to anyone considering repairing rather than replacing a TV
