multistep process, which entails a visual inspection before, during and after the pumping procedure When the technician arrived for the scheduled inspection, he pulled the lids off the tank and upon his initial visual inspection he noticed that the tank was approximately 2” above levelThat would indicate that there is some sort of drainage restriction that would need to be addressed by a licensed septic contractor, to determine the cause of the problem and the type repair that will be requiredDuring the pumping the technician also noticed effluent back flowing into the tank (which was noted on our inspection report)After completion of our pumping and the rest of our inspection procedure, the consumer said that the system was not completely pumpedWhat the consumer actually saw was the effluent that had flowed back into the tank from the leach lines, after the tank was pumpedOur “findings” the consumer is referring to on the pink sheet of paper is their copy of the inspection worksheetThe official write up is the Certificate of Inspection that follows via email, which was sent to the given email address on November 3, JJ Septic & Drain Service Inctakes inspections very seriously, these are not laughing matters, we pride ourselves in being thorough, professional and knowledgeable in the way we approach our inspectionsInspections are put in place to bring forth any septic issues to protect the consumer from legal repercussions after a sale, should they exist Thank you,JJ Septic & Drain Service, Inc
