We finally received the response that we had originally requested, a refund of our money When I last spoke with MrsMendez mid June, I reported to her that we had not received the check that Mr [redacted] reportedly sent in May to our home address, at which time she advised me that this case was to be closed through Revdex.com and suggested I go through small claims court, and she supplied me with the phone numbers for Small Claims Court in the city of Chicago We contacted them and were informed that we would have to file a complaint at the city hall office Before we filed the complaint, we ended up receiving the check in the mail on July 25, And we turned it into our bank on 7/31/

While we understand that this winter was quite harsh, we did not use rock salt because we are aware of how it damages concrete. We instead used
Calcium chloride ice melt, which has been proving less harmful to concrete.
We would like a refund of at least $700.00. The reason being is that we will now have to pay someone to come and redo the sidewalk.

We finally received the response that we had originally requested, a refund of our money.
