Resolution Update: Our VP of Treasury confirmed that the requested refund was successfully transferred to World Pulse Voices on March 27th.  He, along with our executive staff wish to convey they are very sorry for the difficulty [redacted] had in getting this issue resolved.  We are reviewing what went wrong with our internal refund process, and are committed to implementing the necessary corrective measures.  Our goal is to prevent this type of failure from happening in the future.We also deeply regret that we were unable to deliver our product to World Pulse’s satisfaction.  We are intent on improving the delivery of our services and hope to someday earn back your trust.Sincerely, Nic T[redacted]

The above-referenced notice was forwarded to me for response. After review of the circumstances, wedo not believe Concur has improperly contacted the complainant.Concur did contact the complainant in response to their registration for an event sponsored by Concur.There was additional followup...
