In regards to the complain of Mrs [redacted] It is true her husband did order a cakeIt was a leeches strawberry filled cakeShe picked up saturday as statedShe brought it back Sunday with 1/of it cutSince she states that the cake was not moist enough, I will explain how it is our cakes are Our cakes are moist and wet thru out but not a cake where its dripping wet like several other bakeriesOur cake is Unique in that sense because its wet thru out but not dripping wet She stated she had never purchased a cake from us, but when she sent her husband back after we had a conversation over the phone he stated they had purchased several of our FLAN CAKES which are leches as wellOur conversation was long and exhausting and even though I explained to her that the cake she received was made to our specificationsI was willing to give her a credit of half the cost of the cake towards a future order She did not want thatI explained that since her cake was made correctly it was decorated properly as she asked that in reality I shouldn't have to succumb to her demands because she just didn't want it anymore I explained that if the fact would have been that we made it wrong or decorated it wrong or was a mistake in our part I would own up to it Regardless of all this I still offered her dollars in creditShe then sent her husband to the storeI told him to wait a sec while I went to get the cake that was made saturday but yet it was monday already(since they brought it back I had saved it) I showed him the cake I cut the cake clearly in the middle and showed him how moist it was, I also turned it upside down so he could see it tooThe cake was perfectly made to our specificationsThere was nothing absolutely nothing wrong with it He said well we didn't like it so we want our money backI told him that I don't work that wayExplained again that if we did something wrong I would own up to it Now in regards to price, the prices we have on our board are base pricesDepending on flavor and or design the price goes upI also explained that our prices did go up but that in reality if he looked at the board properly it was a difference of dollars that our cakes went upI also told him if in fact he tried our leches flan cake and he liked it, that he should take the credit towards on of those insteadWhich I said Ill give u the for itHe said no we don't want to come here anymore, instead he threatened to do whatever he could to make me look bad I said suit yourself, my offer is off the table and you do whatever you prefer to do I took a pic of the cake if you would like to see it
