*** *** Mr*** version of events is different from my experience with Estrada's RoofingAs I stated in my complaint, Mr *** called and texted me that job was completed on 9/15/17.I was unable to inspect job until 9/17/when I sent pictures of all issues to Mr*** .Rotten decking ,missing drip boards,missing flashing, and rotten fascia boards needed to be replacedWe talked on 9/24/when he said he would fix all issues on 9/25/He called me on 9/25/to say it was raining very hard to fix issues and would call later with date to return and complete job .I called ,left word and texted Mr*** every other day from 9/26/thru 10/08/with no responseIn all my messages and text I stated to Mr*** that I didn't want any hassles just my roof completed as per contractOn the text I sent him on 10/8/17, I did state that if I didn't hear from him today I was going to take action to hold him to his wordWhen I didn't hear from him, on 10/09/I filed complaints with the Revdex.com and Angie's listOn 10/09/the Revdex.com sent email that my complaint was accepted and would contact Mr***I heard from Mr*** on 10/18/that he was at job site to complete job that dayHe called me later that day to say all was doneI was unable to inspect the job till 10/19/I found that drip boards ,flashing and fascia board were not done I contacted Mr*** to advise him of work that was still pendingHe finally finished job on 10/21/I had paid Mr*** in full on 09/17/and job wasn't completed till 10/21/17. Mr*** sent me many statements that job was complete, but upon inspections, it showed to be untrue and finally completed job on 10/21/17. I started to receive calls and text messages from Mr*** that the job was complete and why I hadn't addressed the complaints I filedHe then started to sent a text to say I was hurting his business and not answering his calls or textI texted Mr*** to say I knew exactly what he was feeling. It was frustrating and disheartening when I was being ignoredI stated that I wasn't the one hurting his business and that it was his lack of professionalismI called and talked to Mr*** on 11/03/I gave Mr*** advise that one he has own up when things go wrong and to do what is needed to correct the issues in a timely and professional wayI have saved all text messages from Mr*** to keep record of what actually transpiredI will not do business with Mr *** againIf one decides to do business with Mr ***, I would refrain from completing payment until final inspections are done

This is in response to a roof repair doneFlat Metal roof had approximately major leaks in which we have successfully repaired two along the brick wall and one towards the middle porch area and the other towards left rear windowOur job has been 100% completed there is a 5th leak in between the
house and the flat areaWhich the leak is not from the flat porch it is from the roof line adjacent to the flat areaI did advise the customer to contact insurance due to the fact the roof has hail damage from prior hail stormsI do believe from my expertise to the rear plate of the house and rear raftersAnd the water is penetrating from the house to the rear area doorI did inform customer it may take us several attempts to find the leakWe did get a phone call stating that it was still leaking not as much from the door areaWe did return as promise to the job site and no one was at the residenceWe did make repair adjustmentsAlthough customer was not homeI informed her we had to wait for the next rain to see if we had successfully repaired the leak

Estradas Roofing has successfully  completed minor carpentry details and drip edge. We did respond as soon as weather subsided. I did explain to the customer that the carpentry was overseen. I would promptly take care of this detail. We have gone back to the duplex. We took care of the details...

100%. The touch ups were completed approximately one month ago. The homeowner stated he would update his  review to a good standing. As of today which is November 2nd I have called the homeowner mutiple times. He has not responded to either my calls or text messages. The last  time the homeowner and I conversed a month ago. He stated everything lookes great. I have enclosed picture of the minor repairs.
