Review: I made a purchase on condition1industries.com on 1/2*/2015 and they accepted payment of $27.00 for my order. It is now 9/*/2015 and have not received my order. I've tried contacting the company several times trying to cancel my order due to the length of time I've waited for them to ship my order. They will not respond to my emails and have not refunded my money. It is my hope that you will be able to help resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: I am not willing to give this company my business due to the amount of time I've already waited to receive what I ordered. I just want a full refund of the $27.00 that I paid for items that I never received.

Review: I ordered (2) decals from Condition 1 Industries on 3/*/2015 and never received them. They did charge my account for the items and have since not replied to my repeated emails demanding the product or my money to be refunded. I've tried calling the number listed with the Revdex.com, but it has been disconnected. This has been going on for almost a year.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the order ASAP or refund my money.

Review: I placed an order with this company on July **, 2014 and have yet to receive my order. They billed my debit card for the amount of the order through a pay pal account shortly after it was placed. I have emailed them twice inquiring about when/if I would receive the decals I ordered and have not had a response either time. I emailed them a third time requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund and still have not had any correspondence back from them. I called the phone number listed with the contact information for the company on the Revdex.com website and it is an incorrect number, it rang to a private residenceDesired Settlement: I have given up on receiving the decals that I had ordered and have obtained them from another company. I would like a refund of the amount debited from my account. I have closed the account for fear of unauthorized transactions from this company since they don't exactly seem to be a reputable business so if there is any chance of a refund it will have to be in the form of a check mailed to me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Review: Bought a decal from this website 3 months ago, my card was charged but the product never came. I have tried contacting the company a couple of times and they will not respond. The stays of my order still says pending on their website.Desired Settlement: I asked for a refund of my money but they never responded. This website needs to be shut down as I have read many other complaints just like mine since this happened

Review: On 9/**/14 I submitted an order with Condition One Industries (C1I) for an American flag decal for $11.95, and the order number is #[redacted]. On 10/*/14, $11.95 was collected by C1I according to my back account statement. On 10/**/14 I contacted C1I concerning my order via email, and did not receive any response. The order was still listed as processing on the company's website, and on the site's FAQs they state "processing can take up to four weeks in some cases". C1I also states "If you check the status of your order and it is 'processing', your order is still being created. Please do not contact us unless more than four weeks has elapsed" so I waited since by this point only 3 weeks had passed. On 11/**/14 I attempted to contact C1I again via email (both from my personal email account and also on their "Contact Us" form on their website, and did not receive any response. On 11/**/14 I again attempted to contact C1I via personal email and business website's Contact Us form, informing them to please update me what the status of my order, and also that if I did not hear back from them that I will contact the Revdex.com. As of today, 11/**/14, I have not heard any response from C1I and my order is still listed as "processing" on the company's website.Desired Settlement: I would like $11.95 credited back to my account in which it was taken from.

Review: I ordered 6 decals on 05/**/2015 and was charged $19.95 and have not received them. I have made 3 attempts to make contact through there website asking for refund or reshipment. To date, have not received one response back from Condition 1 Industries Inc. and believe this company to be a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and for this business to be investigated for fraudulent business practices

Review: I ordered a decal from this company back in August. I waited four weeks for it to arrive because on their website, it stated not to contact them before four weeks due to some decals taking longer ( I understand that). It is now January. I have attempted to contact them through their website contact form about five times now. I have never received a response back. They already charged my credit card back at the time of purchase. I did not dispute the charge with the credit company in hopes that it was just taking a little longer to receive the order.

Review: I ordered a large american flag sticker from them back in December. I have been trying to contact them for a very long time and I have had no responses. They withdrew my the money from my account on the day I placed the order but I have received nothing nor have I been able to communicate with them.Desired Settlement: Either ship my order or refund me please.

Review: I placed an order for a decal on May [redacted], 2014 through this company's website. They took my payment immediately. However, they never sent the product to me. I have sent numerous messages over the past few months to try and resolve this matter, but they have so far failed to respond to any of my messages. I have also posted on their [redacted] page, inquiring about my order (along with other people who had similar complaints). The next day, I noticed that my post had been deleted, along with all other posts complaining that their orders hadn't been fulfilled. They also blocked me from posting anything else on their [redacted] page.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive the product that I ordered, or I would like a refund.
