Condo Management Alternative, Inc.

I recently moved into a condo managed by this company and the second night my family and I slept there we found a huge leak in the master bedroom. Called and made our realtor aware who preceded to notify Condom Management Alternative, Inc. I called the management company today to follow up and was told that the roofer would be out tomorrow. During the rainy season, when rain is expected we're told we'd have to wait due to "procedure". When I stated that I thought it was unacceptable, the representative at Condo Management Alternative raised her voice and stated that I'd have to wait or take it up with my landlord.

The reasonable solution would have been to pay extra for an emergency fix to keep your tenants and the properties you manage happy and in good shape. Horrible experience, your staff needs better customer service skills and your policies need to be updated.
