I am rejecting this response because:I was not given a copy of this at the time of sale.Written on the invoice is "year parts and labour warranty.The salesperson clearly told me there were no charges for warranty claims.The individualthat I SPOKE WITH DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A BROKEN PART THAT WOULD BE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY BUT I had to pay for a service call.Since I did not receive a copy of the warranty.it is clearly a manufacturers defect as diagnosed over the phone by his tech If he refuses to honour the warranty written on the invoice I will have iit repaired and proceed to small claims court if there are any charges Sincerely [redacted]

After carefully reviewing the customer file, Mr *** did contact our service department on Nov 7, as he was having issues with front panel not openingHe was then advised of the cost of call out fee or $+ tax and ** *** chose not to proceed with
the service ** *** is the owner of his warranty and can choose to have his unit serviced by any *** certified technician
I've attached the *** claims warranty that details: Conditions & Limitations, Limitations of Liability and Items Not Covered, Owner's Responsibilities, etcThis document clarifies the limited warranty on parts and labour as we conduct repairs on behalf of the distributor

I contacted [redacted] and discussed the issue of the leak. After investigation it was determined that the drain had become loose after we repaired the hose tha was destroyrd by mice. We are refunding the amount of the service call and the...

cleaning of the units to help offset the damages caused by the leak. [redacted] was fine with this arrangment.

I was contacted by a representative of Atlantic Heating and Cooling and he advised me I the first person I spoke to who told me they wouldn't do anything for the damage was wrong in saying so and they would refund the cost of cleaning and service of the machines which is good. I am waiting the refund now. I will say the Tech was professional and even though made a mistake apologized; fixed it and advised me he would personally talk to his manager to ensure it was rectified to my saisfaction
