Owner incurred legal fees because he rented his unit in violation of the Association prohibition against rentals We are the management company and we follow the direction of the Board The Board has not authorized any waiver of or reduction in the legal fees This owner needs to send a letter to the Board via the property manager requesting a waiver or reduction these legal fees Tell us why here
