Attached are the documents relating to the Condo Travel Club I will again say that I believe we should receive a full refund We were outright lied to and misled by the salesman.My issue is this: We were told specifically by the salesman that we could add our son as soon as he turned years old We questioned him about this because our son wasn't until He said there would be no problem, the day he turned we could add him as an associate member and begin using all the benefits of the associate membership, including renting condosWe signed the contract taking him at his word When I called the Condo Travel Club several months later to ask questions about adding my son that's when I was told he couldn't rent a condo until he is years oldI feel that this salesman intentionally misled us and outright lied about the associate membership age in order to sell us the membership We never would have joined the Condo Travel Club if we had known our son would have to wait until he was to rent a condo.For the Condo Travel Club to offer us $in compensation is ludicrous We paid over $7,for the membership We have such a bad impression of the Condo Travel Club now that we want nothing to do with them They obviously use shady tactics to get people to sign membership agreements and intentionally deceive people.I appreciate your assistance with this Thank you[redacted]

lied to in the presentation concerning the availability of cruise options from Port CanaveralYou could not view the cruises because you were given a password to our website three days after you joinedYou state: “On August 4, we attended a presentation put on by Condominium Travel ClubWe live in Melbourne, Florida, miles from Port Canaveral We are now retired and only interested in cruises leaving from Port Canaveral traveling to many different locationsWe were told that they deal with 15-cruise lines and that they go all over the world from Port Canaveral.” “We purchased the travel package from them at that timeThree days later, we received a temporary password in order to log in to view the places that we could cruise toWe could not view these packages prior to having the passwordAfter searching their website, we found only two cruise lines traveling to two destinationsWe called CTC to see if we were missing somethingThey agreed that they only had two cruise lines and two destinations.” “This company falsely stated what we were getting, even though we stated exactly what we wanted to do on our vacations.” 2) We used stall tactics to get you past your cancellation period and would not respond to your concernsYou state: “They have used stalling tactics in order for us to go past the three day period for us to cancel our membership.” 3) You want a full refundYou requested it over the phone within the three days but were not told how to cancelYou state: “We requested a full refundWe requested the refund on August 9th, which was within the three day cancellation policy, but it was done over the phone, and were not told at that time to put it in writing.” “They have taken us for thousands of dollars for a package that was not what was promised, security reasons)You were emailed the contract the minute you signed it As explained in our previous response on 09-05-(attached), there are not currently to cruise lines that leave out of Port Canaveral but there are “many” cruise lines that doThere are never to major cruise lines leaving out of a particular port at any given time because there are not that many Cruise Terminals at any PortUnlike an airline, the ships are much larger and require a lot more space for a terminal There are different Cruise Ships from Four of the largest cruise lines in the world that leave from Port Canaveral on a regular basis( [redacted] ***), [redacted] (CCL), [redacted] (DCL) and [redacted] (NCL) You have over cruise itineraries available to you in the next year from those ships and those MONTHS”) Not only can you cruise to the Bahamas but you can cruise to many, many places in the Caribbean, Cuba, Bermuda as well as Mexico and Latin AmericaWithin the next year you can continue to “Travel the World” and visit Spain, Portugal and cruise through the Panama Canal On August 21st one of our travel agents offered you a NCL ( [redacted] ***) sailing that goes from Port Canaveral to Barcelona that would save you a total of $for an inside cabinThat is a quarter of the cost of your membership on just one cruise If you upgraded to a better cabin you would save almost half the cost of your membershipPerhaps your misconception between cruise ships and cruise lines was the subtle difference not communicated well enough to you at the time of the presentation or when you spoke to our travel agents You do not have to cruise lines leaving port Canaveral but you do have cruise ships leaving the port You have tons of cruise ports and itineraries available to choose from including transatlantic cruisesThe other thing that was probably not explained in the short time we had with you is that cruise lines continually change itineraries and portsEvery year there are new cruise lines leaving particular ports as they experiment with what is most profitable for themOther cruise lines are coming in and out of Port Canaveral in the future RCCL and CCL started operations in 2009, DCL started in and NCL sometime later Mein Schiff is scheduled to use the cruise terminal in the Fall of and MSC Divina is scheduled to sail from Port Canaveral at some point in the future Here is a cruise lines that left from Port Canaveral We expressed an interest in taking many cruises and seeing many places, and mentioned that we had already taken an Alaskan cruise and cruises to the Caribbean We were told that we would receive weekly emails with pages of hot deals, trips, and specials which would include resorts, condos and cruisesWe have received one email with one condoSecondly, the people who participated in the hour presentation were all given a free cruise, leaving from many ports, with different destinations We were told that we would have to pay the taxes for the cruiseThe only stipulation was that we had to book at least days out Being retired, we are very flexible for travel datesYesterday, I spent the better part of the day researching the website for the various trips and deals I specifically looked at the cruises leaving Port Canaveral, and then trying to book our free cruiseIt did not take long to search cruises from Port Canaveral, since there was only one cruise line - [redacted] , and two destinations - Bahamas and Caribbean As we stated at the presentation, we did not like [redacted] , and we wanted to go many places This left us with one destination (Bahamas) on a cruise line that we don't like This was not what we were told at allWe then tried to book our free cruise We understood that it would be on [redacted] , and we wanted to take a day cruise Understanding that we needed to book days in advance, that left November, December, January, and February, since the expiration date was February The website further explained that cruises would have to be taken September through December (off peak times), and could not be scheduled during holiday weeks This meant that we had a couple of weeks in November, and a couple of weeks in December This was not made clear to us at the presentation The website went on to say that after submitting the three preferred weeks, someone would get back to us in 7-days The free cruise is not a big deal, but we weren't told how it actually works, and the difficulty in scheduling datesThe Port Canaveral departure to many destinations on a cruise line other that [redacted] IS a big deal We feel that we were lied to in order to make a saleWe apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the promotional cruise certificate you received, emails with the weekly travel deals and cruises and itineraries leaving from Port Canaveral Promotional Cruise Certificate: The promotional cruise department was very prompt in their response to your Promotional Cruise request You registered your certificate on August 17th Based on your requests they sent you offers on August 21stAs you are aware the Promotional cruise is not freeIf space is available for the time you request, 4th, Our IT department said you were signed up for our weekly email specials on Friday Aug 11th The soonest you would have received them is the following week You would have received Hot Week specials and Vacation Alerts That would explain why you received one email at the time you sent the request for a refundPort Canaveral options: I asked our travel operations team to reach out to you when we received your complaintThey said they did so and explained to me what options you were given Here is a summary of those conversationsIt is my understanding when you originally called our office one of our agents (Debbie) discussed cruise options with you for Port CanaveralAt the time, she explained there were several top cruise lines leaving Port CanaveralYou could choose from [redacted] , Royal Caribbean, [redacted] and [redacted] Our travel department manager (Jennifer Harvey) called you again to give you a breakdown of itinerates As you stated, most are for the Caribbean and the Bahamas out of Port Canaveral There are repositioning cruises to other destinations such as the cruise she mentioned on NCL to Barcelona Spain for only $ppOptions beyond that extend to other cruise portsThere are more cruise options from Florida than any other State in the countryYou are and half hours from Tampa that will get you cruises to the Western Caribbean and Mexico You are hours from FtLauderdale which will get you many cruise itinerary optionsWe are not sure what else we could do to take care of your concerns but are willing to work with you Please let us know if we can do anything else Dear Mr [redacted] ,If I understand you correctly you claim you tried using our service several times and did not get the prices advertised the day of the seminar You would like a refund.I researched your request history and found that we could not fulfill your Christmas accommodation request for Lake Tahoe because you did not give us enough time to find your member rates.At the beginning of January you submitted a request for [redacted] in Ventura or [redacted] in Oxnard for the week of June 11th or 12th You requested a three bedroom for adults and children We explained to you that three bedroom condo units for that area were hard to find but could locate you a couple units to accommodate the number of people you requested We initially could not find you the fixed rate weeks but made you an offer in case you were interested You declined and we negotiated with the supplier and was able to offer you two studios One at your advertised fixed rate member price of $and the other $more for $ Final price for both after taxes and fees was $ That is a savings of over $off the public rate See attachment of same unit at the same time online and the final price of $eachDepending on your desired area of travel and the time of year you choose can limit your condominium choices Some areas simply do not have large three bedroom units availableWe apologize for the inconvenience of your first experience with us but will work hard to make it up to you Based on our ability to save you a substantial amount of money on the area you requested we do not feel a refund is warranted For any misunderstandings, we would like to offer you a $credit towards your next condominium request and waive your next years dues Sincerely,Condominium Travel ClubKyle [redacted] Vice President of Sales

The representative who answered my complaint is lying, to put it bluntlyI never completed the paperwork for the Genesis account, and received a number of email requests from Daniel Bishop to "docusign" the Genesis approval documentI have attached one of his requests and my email responseIn addition, our sales representative, Bridgette, made the effort to call us to tell us that our paperwork was not complete, and that she told the sales team this during phone conversationsHer phone number is [redacted]

Revdex.com, Inc, [redacted] ** [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: We are in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint submitted by [redacted] on 12/29/and we appreciate the opportunity to address his concernsOur records indicate that [redacted] joined Condominium Travel Club on 10/29/ Per the signed membership contract he was given three days to review membership benefits and decide if he wanted to retain them or not We have no record of a cancellation request being submitted during the three day right of rescission periodOn 11/4/the Cruise Cert Department received a request from [redacted] to redeem the Promotional Cruise he was given for attending the sales presentation Prices were given based on the terms and conditions of the Promotional Cruise certificate Notes reflect that he requesting a day Western Caribbean cruise with peak sailing dates which are outside of the cruise certificate guidelines; therefore he was quoted preferred pricing On 11/24/the Cruise Cert Department spoke with [redacted] and discussed availability and pricing on a Night Carnival Victory cruise during peak sailing times At that time he was again quoted preferred pricing since he asked for peak sailing dates To date he has not contacted the Cruise Cert Department to redeem his Promotional Cruise Cert On 11/12/ [redacted] contacted our Travel Department to request quotes for a day Western Caribbean cruise departing from Miami, FL on 1/16/ He was provided quotes at member rates with a membership net savings of $ Again, we did not hear back if he was interested in booking this cruiseOn 11/30/Lois contacted our Travel Department to request quotes on a Carnival Alaskan cruise in May of He was provided with several quotes in double occupancy cabins with member savings of about $per person He was unsatisfied with the savings we offered and claimed stated that at the sales presentation they were shown a cruise for $per person for a balcony Our travel agent explained that pricing shown during the presentation are examples of past members savings and rates are always subject to change based on availability He claimed that he was told prices would be valid for days At that time [redacted] stated that he wanted cancel his membership His travel agent explained that his membership includes much more than just cruises We did point out how his membership benefits do work as we had been able to show him the savings off the public rates on his cruise requestsWe explained that he had three business days to cancel his membership and he is past his right of rescission On 12/2/15, as a courtesy, our Travel Agent offered [redacted] $per person (for two people) towards the Alaskan cruise she had quoted him for any misunderstanding there may have been when he attended the sales presentation [redacted] stated that he had to discuss this with his wife and would get back to us To date we have not heard from him to utilize the $credit we offered himOn 12/28/our office received a call from [redacted] asking to cancel his membership as he had a stroke and feels he can not utilize his benefits It was again explained to him that he had three days to cancel his membership and that he is past his right of rescission We have provided service to [redacted] per his membership contract and have explained the many other benefits available to him While we sympathize with his recent health issues we are unable to refund of the purchase price of his membership Accommodations can be made for most health impaired travel situations and we are here to assist him with all of his travel needs Furthermore, most membership benefits can be shared with family and friends We would like to extend our offer again of $per person towards an Alaskan cruise for two traveling anytime in We will note his membership profile with the credit and we encourage [redacted] to utilize his many membership benefits He can contact our office at [redacted] for any of his travel needsSincerely, Ronda [redacted] Customer Service Director Condominium Travel Club, Inc

Yes, those were the documents we were given by the Condo ClubHOWEVER, the application was incomplete and we decided not to go through with the purchase after our sales representative told us she had not completed all of the paperwork needed to get the Genesis creditThen her supervisor, MrAlvilas, and MrBishop continued to send us docusign papers electronicallyThat is when he contacted Bridgette to make sure she had not completed the application process, which she confirmedWe did not sign the last documents needed for the Genesis account, as you can see by the August email they sent to me, and my response on the 31st, stating I would not sign the document giving them permissionThe purchase was not completed, and they opened the Genesis account fraudulentlyI do not accept their terms to this agreement, as it was NOT the terms we agreed to at the point of saleTherefore, we would like this matter closed and settled, as we are not paying for this fraudulent account

Flat rate prices on condominiums are available in many, many areas but they are not available in areas with limited or no supply of timeshare condominium units. That was the case with your request. thousands of condominium weeks, actually approx80,condo weeks that are ‘LIVE in Real Time’They are immediately available to you at member rates All the details of those are on the site, including the number of bedrooms, described in detail before you book themWhat we do not list (with booking details) is the vast inventory we have access to from our large list of condominium suppliersThat
