I was involved in an auto accident and had my Infiniti Qtowed to acadiana dodge for repair After month of them having my car, it was taken to a local Nissan dealership, not Infiniti for airbag replacement After contacting the Nissan dealership and not getting a response, I drove from Morgan City to Lafayette to find out how long it would take to replace the airbag I was informed that my repair was not scheduled and that cars were ahead of me I was informed my car would not be worked on that weekIt was a Monday I traveled to the Infiniti dealership and was told my car could be worked on the very next day I called Acadiana Dodge and had them take my car to the Infiniti dealership for repair When my car was ready, I was called by acadiana dodge that I could go pick it up After paying them my insurance deductible, I got in the car to find warning lights going off, trim pieces out of place and damage to the door still that was not caused by the accident I went back inside and spoke to the manager of the body shop and was told that I could go and bring my car to Infiniti and have it fixed between state farm and myself, we paid over 16,dollars for a repair that is still to this day not complete I still have to bring my car to the Infiniti dealership to have a head light replaced and trim pieces fixed However, they were quick to cash the check I had to write to get my damaged car back
