I am rejecting this response because:They broke the monitor When I called and took it into the shop, they said they would look at it and attempt to clean off the bug from the inside of the screen The screen was not damaged when I took it in, it just had a dead insect of some kind in it They either opened it incorrectly or dropped it, destroying the screen They owe me a new monitor or the equivalent value If I knew they were going to destroy it, I would have taken it elsewhere It became irreparable after taking it to Condor TV Repair Now, they are continuing to lie and say that I brought it in damagedWrong

The customer called our shop in May of 2016 (not in November as he claims) and described an issue he was having with his Dell monitor.  A bug had gotten into the screen and there was an attempt by him to dislodge the bug by pressing on the LCD panel, which is what he told us over the phone....

 These panels are fragile and can easily be damaged.  He brought the monitor to our shop on May 19, 2016 for us to repair it.  Upon inspecting it, it was determined that the LCD was damaged and can't be repaired.  We called the customer and informed him of this and he accused us of damaging the monitor.  We tried explaining to him that the monitor was damaged due to his unsuccessful attempt at removing the bug himself.  Customer then returned an picked up the monitor.  That was the last we heard from him until recently he has been witting negative reviews online and calling our business a fraud and rip off.  Our track record shows that we operate an honest business with the sole attempt of serving our customers.  We do not attempt to deceive or take advantage of anybody.  His claims are offensive and untrue.   Thank You
