This letter is in reference to the above complaint, which we received on the 24th of November.We have contacted the insured and are working with them to correct the issues they were concernedabout We were never contacted by this insured previously concerning this matter.I appreciate the

I did have contact with the main business and the local agent the corperate office did send email to me that they are willing to work with me and suchbut told them that I have new insurance and just to keep policy canceled I do have records of trying to contact by phone and it took weeks to get a response and only by email and for right now I have yet to hear back from the company about the matter just would like to know a few things about my reply I have replied twice and no reply back

Review: we just switched our home owners insurance to this company about 2 months ago . we had went to the local agent and told her everything about the house . and other questions she had . we get a letter in the mail from them about a week and a half ago and they are goingh to cancel us well the policy . mainly for a broken window and the stucco is cracked on ther chimney . we have tried to call the agent and tried to call the company itself . all we could do was leave a message . the message was that we would replace the window but the stucco would need to wait till spring when it is warmer to repair stucco . my wife and I have called and so far nobody has responded . I would like the chance to talk to anybody there to see if I can arrange an agreement to get this fixed .right now running out of time tro get this matter resolvedDesired Settlement: right now I would like somebody from the insurance company itself to call me to see if we can agree on getting this all fixed and not to drop us . I do not want the agent I want the ins. co. itself .
