Review: The issued started when I e-mailed Conexware about not being able to use the file compression software that I bought from Conexware. Almost bi-annually or annually I have to go through hoops just to re-register my software (w/ out an update even). This time I was not able to register my Powerarchiver; therefore, I was not able to use the Powerarchive software I bought from Conexware. So I e-mailed them briefly explaining that I shouldn't have to jump through hoops every six months to re-register PowerArchiver that I already bought a long time ago. Also, I explained to thiem now I can't even use it at all because I can't even re-register (where I shouldn't in the first place). After prompting them again, after three weeks they replied and said "Please login to your account and get the upgrade from there, as every year". I tried and obviously their instructions didn't work. So I e-mailed back, I had to prompt them several times for a response and asked me what my problem was and that the procedure was very easy to register. They gave me little instructions and it didn't work. So, I e-mailed mailed them back saying it still doesn't work and even provided them screenshots of how, why, where, what, and how I am not able to use the Powerarchiver software because I the process is not letting me (re)register it. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I also want this Powerarchive software to work. No excuses. Answer the e-mails promptly and professionally! Redo the system and make it a choice if a customer wants to update their software or not. We shouldn't have to go through hoops just to help your advertise your products when we try to use the Powerarchive version already bought and paid for. I am expecting that letter.

We have contacted client immediately after receiving this complaint and worked for them to provide satisfactory resolution last week. Basically it was a misunderstanding as we never received reply from the client directly for whatever reason and client thought we were not responding to him. We take pride in having excellent support for all of our clients.
