*** *** came into my shop wanting to have her ears repiercedShe informed me that she thought one piercing was closed and one may still be opened according to herI took out a new sterile pack of diamond earings, marked her ears and asked her to look in the mirror to ok the placementShe said it
looked fine and her girlfriend that was with her also confirmed that the placement looked okAfter the piercings were done she looked in the mirror, paid me and left happyShe returned to my shop about minutes later and said she felt that one earing was slightly lower then the otherI told her that she confirmed the placement but that I would be happy to redo it for herI pierced her againAfter the piercing she again looked in the mirror and said it was fine and then leftShe called me the very next day and said that she had gone to her doctor because she had felt her ear was infectedI informed her that her ear could not be infected the very next day and that everything was 100% sterileShe insisted on having her money returned to her and I informed her that I tried to make her happy by piercing her ear a second time without chargeI have been in this business for years and have never had any Revdex.com complaints against my business

After reading the response from the merchant concerning my ear piercing experience, I would like to comment on and clarify some of the points that were brought upI did not leave the place, there is a big waiting room in addition to the piercing/tattoo roomI did not leave the place at all nor was I happy once I saw how uneven the piercings wereI walked outside the room to the waiting area where there was a wall length mirrorAfter seeing how it looked in the mirror, I called one of the employees over to let him know how uneven they wereVinny, however, never moved from his seatWhen I was finished with the first piercings, he immediately took someone else inVinny actually did my second piercing with another customer in the roomIt was not minutes later, but about less than minutesAs a result of the second piercing to correct the unevenness, my ear was bleedingAt this point, I thought I was going to faintI left right after that, as I was extremely upset about the situation
