Confide Roofing

I contacted Confide roofing on July 8th 2016 and spoke with a woman and she had a man by the name of Rod come out to inspect the roof for and estimate. I received the estimate and upon receiving it I tried to contact them to make an appointment to fix the damages; finally I got ahold of them and they agreed to send someone out July 19th 2016. July 19th 2016 came and no one showed up until 3:30 pm. Two extremely unprofessional people, a man and a woman. They said "we're going to fix a few things and then finish the work tomorrow" I said great let me know when your done. 15 minutes later I went outside and found the two people were gone. No notice, and no information on what was done to my roof. I was ignored by the roofing company over and over again and when Rod answered my call he said he had no idea what was going on and would call me back. Never did I get a call back. My realtor reached out to them as well and they said they will be out July 23rd 2016 to fix the roof. Once again July 23rd came for them to fix and no one showed up, they didn't call me to cancel, or refuse to return my phone calls. I find it highly rude and extremely unprofessional. Someone was on my roof and I have no idea what they've done and now I'm 4 days from closing on my property and my roof still isn't fixed. I do not recommend this company to anyone! They are completely unprofessional and completely unreliable!
