Review: I purchased $544.84 worth of PH Balance tablets from Confidence Inc. on December **, 2013 after seeing their ad about this supplement being able to successfully control the blood sugar to a level that diabetic patients won't need any medicines. I decided to buy these expansive supplement because of their money back guarantee. Ater trying it for 30 days my blood sugar readings were not better but worst for the most part. I talked to the C.S.reps for many times and I was told that it was not effective because I had endocrine disorders which I don't have. They told me that I could exchange the tablets for their other products so that I wouldn't be charged for additional shipping. At this point I saw an official warning letter from FDA to Confidence Inc. regarding the misleading ad and conditions of its manufacturing facilities failed to meet FDA standard and the way they dealt with returns so I decided to return instead of exchange. Then I was told that the $5 shipping charge I had paid for was a discounted one and the actual shipping was $10. I said it was not fair and I'd like to speak to a manager. Today I received a refund confirmation that they deducted over $14 from my payment without any explanation. Adding my cost of return shipping, it was an expansive trial of their uneffective supplement. The whole experience was unpleasant, full of surprise and hassle. I am very disappointed by the way Confidence Inc. is doing business, from the misleading ad to the uneffective product, and from the rude customer service (they repeatedly refused to let me talk to the superviser and even hang up on me) to the unfair deduction to my refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund
