We had Confident Aire replace furnaces and air conditioners They gave us a quote and failed to tell s the furnace combinations were several years old and discontinued More over they made no attempt to balance sizes as set served bedrooms and the other set served large rooms and the basement, roughly 1/times the area and both furnaces were the same size units model number and rating Worse, we called them several times because of loud noises coming from one of the furnacesThey came out and said it was normalI tried to reach the manufacturer, Trane, but could only reach the distributorSo I called another furnace company, that after hearing the noise, opened the furnace and found an electrical connector in the fanIt had chewed the fan, damaging it and returned with the parts and the distributor who also found that the air conditioner was not removing the humidityHe had to make an adjustment and noticed terribly high humidity in the basement The distributor was the one that told me that Trane had discontinues the units several years before I would not have Confident Aire return under any condition
I was very impressed with how thorough the vent cleaning wasIt cost more than others but it was well worth itThe prior owner had dogs and the vents were so disgusting I didn't want to tackle it myselfConfident Aire did a superb jobThe guys were kind and very professional
