FYI - I had to request these documents from the dental officeThis procedure was at least years agoThere was not a problem stated until at least mospost procedure therefore I do not have the original documents.I made the request 2/27/and was told a fax would be forwardedI called hours later and was told the doctor needed to approve release of stated documents.Lord knows what I will get...* ***Everything they sent me was from I needed a bridge in but could not afford the expense in my budget.In I requested another statement of my obligation and agreed to what was given verbally in the amount of $1,Is what I agreed to - go the amount confused with the amount they are saying I owe nowMy service was provided not in 2012.* ***I added what I pad incorrectly + = $1,not $1,is what they are now stating I owe.***

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS RESPONSE BECAUSE, I WAS EXPLICIT WITH MY REQUEST FOR EXACT COST OF SERVICES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF MY BUDGET WOULD UPHOLD SUCH EXPENSEOnce, I was told my responsible amount, I paid that amount in full and scheduled such service. It was not until AFTER the service was performed did the pricing structure change. I was told all documents that required my signature were "customary" for my file and verbally reassured that the expense agreed upon was my cost. I have not been back to this place of business since this BAIT and SWITCH PRICING transpired. I do not wish to continue relationship and again further state I DO NOT OWE ANY FURTHER PAYMENTI was taken advantage of as a consumer and railroaded into a pricing structure that I did not agree to.I will not pay this balance and will employ every consumer outlet including Revdex.com, Social Media, Yelp, News Channels and The Ohio Board of Dentistry to bring this UNFAIR AND UNETHICAL PRICE BAITING AND SWITCHING TO CONSUMER ATTENTION. I did in fact sign responsibility of payment however, verbal quotes should match service billed!
