I am rejecting this response because: every time they respond it's another lie, I did not receive $800 for any extras. They say it's not the act that is the worse, it's the cover up. Why can't these people be truthful? They car was taken back to the shop 4 times because it was not repaired correctly. That's what I am disputing, until we all know that the repair has been completed I will not make payment. The loan agreement is for a car repair not a POSSIBLE car repair in the future. Tell the truth CFS, the due date should be 2 weeks after the repair is completed not driven into the shop.

claiming he is not paying our loan until the new issue is fixed. CFS contacted the SC and informed them that the customer is claiming there is a new issue. SC informed us that they went to his house (out of customer courtesy, not the normal process) to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to the shop for repairs. Today we are waiting to hear back from the SC. However, this is a new repair/issue with the vehicle. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if I can help with anything else. Hello, This customers information was reported correctly to all three credit bureaus. [redacted] filled a dispute because she was checking her credit karma and didn't see the balance change after her payment. She called in to demand that we upload her loan to the credit bureaus during the month....
We explained to her our companies policy around when the credit bureau will be updated ( which is once a month). This dispute was resolved within 30 days after the last payment was made. We have reported to all the credit bureaus the payoff and have called her to double check to make sure that everything is accurate. Please feel free to give me a call with any questions.
