[redacted] Attorneys at Law [redacted] St [redacted] , Ohio *** December 15, Revdex.com Euclid Ave., 4th FLCleveland, OH 44115-RE: Complaint No [redacted] Dear Ms***: Please be advised that the undersigned represents the legal interest of [redacted] of Confident Tire and Car Care, IncI am in receipt of your letter dated December 3, and the complaint of Customer/ComplainantThe within Customer/Complainant has made statements and caused defamation, slander and libel against [redacted] of Confident Tire and Car Care, IncIt is my understanding Customer entered the business of Confident Tire and Car Care, Increquesting a tire rotation and inspection of his suspension on this vehicleSaid vehicle was put up on the lift and a safety inspection was performedThe results of the inspection were the front struts and rear shocks were leaking, and needed replacementThe rear sway bar links were broken, and all tires were below wear mark indicatorsSaid findings were relayed to Customer at no chargeAt that time, Customer was provided a quote for a set of new Cooper SRX tires, at a cost of $including taxCustomer was also given a quote for struts, mounts, installation and alignment for $850.00, including taxMy records indicate services provided for Customer is as follows: January 10, set of tires purchased on January 1, manufactured recommended rotation 6,miles; September 23, Rotated tires (8,miles lapsed) checked engine codes — No Charge;October 11, Rotated tires, checked suspension (11,miles lapsed) — No charge;June 20, installed used tires (customer supplied) charge $83.95;November 29, Tire repair — No charge;March 3, Rotated tires — No charge;May 22, Rotated tires — No charge;As you can see, Customer has entered my business and received services free of charge with no complaintsIt is unfortunate, that Customer's vehicle needs repairs that will cost him money, and now he files a complaint against my companyFurther, when the Customer called the next day to express his dissatisfaction with Confident Tire and Car Care, Incit was he that became verbally abusive and threatening on the phoneMy profession as a car service repair shop is to provide my customers with solutions to their vehicle problemsAll customers are welcome to view their vehicles being inspected, and no work is performed without approval from the customerIn reference to my possible solution, I have been more than fair in my services provided to Customer, and the only resolution I can foresee is -for Customer to seek his car repair services elsewhereI would also appreciate the within complaint be dismissedRespectfully, [redacted]
