The person who filed this complaint is not the debtor - By law we cannot discuss the account with anyone other that the person who is the holder of the loan.The person who called our office all day was a woman and identified herself as the debtor. When the vehicle was returned to the address...
it was recovered from we needed to see identification, at which time we were made aware that the debtor is a Man.The woman had threatened to filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and within a short time I got the notification in my email. This person is no the debtor therefore I wish to not discuss this matter any further.
